I need some help here. I have a 1995 Chevrolet Blazer LT. Manuf. date May of 1995. It has an OBD II connector but the pin out doesn't match anything I can find and an OBD II scan tool won't read. The pin out is 2,4,5,9,13,16. If this is OBD I what pins do I need to short to read my codes via the SES light?
