I understand that the system is too lean in bank 1 and 2 but I am new to this and need direction on where to start. The only obvious problem I have while driving is that at times it idles a little rough while stopped and has stalled a few times while stopped. I pulled the freeze frame data which is:
Engine RPM 582
Calculated Load 21.2%
Coolent 189F
Long Term Fuel Trim 1 25.0%
Short Term Fuel Trim 1 38.3%
Long Term Fuel Trim 2 25.0%
Short Term Fuel Trim 2 35.2%
Vehicle Speed 0 mph
Fuel System Status Closed

I think I fixed it I found a vaccum line from the PCV valve to the throttle body that was completely demolished. Cleared the code and they haven't come back.

I was just about to tell you that you had a vacuum leak.
According to the freeze frame the trims maxed out and the code set at idle. This indicates a small vacuum leak. The reason it sets at idle is bacause the amount of unmetered air is the same at idle as it is at highway speeds. Under higher RPM the amount is much less overall and the system can maintain fuel control through the trims, but at low engine speeds the amount of unmetered air is much more of the total overall.

I like to see trims under 6 or 7 percent, but the rule of thumb is don't go looking for a problem until the trims go beyond 10%.
If you're driving at a steady speed/engine load the trims should head toward zero. As soon as you add throttle or decelerate the trims will be affected appropriately.

The factory service manual probably has a chart showing what the pid's are on a good running engine at idle. These will be ball park.
